A: We deliver to counties within Central VA (listed below) We also deliver outside of these counties for an additional long distance fee (calculated per mile over 75 miles).

Q: What's your delivery fee?

A: We have a tier structure for delivery fees based on mileage range.

- 0-25 miles $305

-25-50 miles $610

-50-75 miles $915

Q: Can I come pick up my rental items? Instead of delivery.

A: We do not do pickups.

Q: Can I save money and do my own setup?

A: Tents, no. We have certified Tent Technicians that will do the setups and teardown for all of our tents.

A: For tables and chairs, yes! Let us know at the time of your reservation and we will make sure to update your price.

Q: What's included in a rental?

A: Every rental includes delivery, full setup, and teardown. You don't lift a finger. Depending on your package, that can include tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and generator power.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: Popular wedding dates (spring and fall weekends especially) can book out months in advance. We recommend locking in your date as soon as your headcount and venue are confirmed.

Q: What happens if it rains? 

A: Setup and teardown proceed rain or shine (we only postpone for safety if wind gusts exceed 30 mph) If your event is canceled due to extreme weather, you're fully refunded or can reschedule at no charge.

Q: Do you handle outdoor ceremony setups too, or just reception spaces? 

A: Both. We regularly set up ceremony seating (chairs, benches, aisle layouts) in addition to full reception spaces including outdoor and non-traditional venues.
